Description
While reading a good book might generally be thought of as a passive activity, in Another Place, Another Time, reading becomes an adventure to places that exist gloriously in the crevices of one’s fertile imagination. The show is in essence a book that comes to life, providing a figurative door into which one wanders while reading, leading us into the fantasy world of one’s colorful thoughts.

Mvt. 1: "The Journey Begins" dives headfirst into the book with adventurous sounds that stimulate the mind and let us know that new and exciting things are going to happen with each turn of the page.
Mvt. 2: "Fairy Tales Do Come True" is a lovely homage to the story of “The Ugly Duckling.” Through the music and the visuals your staff will be eager to create, one witnesses the blossoming of the shy duckling into the magnificent audio/visual representation of a regal swan.
Mvt. 3: "To Valor and Victory" continues the adventure with the noble and virtuous bravado of knights and all beings chivalrous, following up on the bold narration, “Books have given us some of our greatest heroes... heroes that lead us to victory.” |
